Can you believe it.......

The Giants are playing great. Last week win in OT, it shows we can win under pressure. We now have home field advantage throughout the playoffs. Tomorrow's game against Minn. We will need to play it safely. No injuries is the key. Let the 2 and 3 string players play. Super Bowl Sunday...mmmmm

We are playing so so good....

It seems we are getting better every week. We are making less mistakes. Our running game is awesome. We have 3 good backs. Besides a great running game, our passing game is very good. Our defense have been playing great too. Last week's victory was a good sign that we are getting better...

Eagles

Westbrook will present a defensive challenge. Pierce will have his hands full. I think Westbrook will be the NFL's MVP. Besides the run, he has good hands too. But, our defense has been playing great. Our team looked great against the Cowboys. It was sweet beating them by 21 points.

Tyree

I am sad that Tyree is out for the year. He was placed on injured reserve. The Giants needed to make a decision. It was smart. Tyree wouldn't be able to play for a couple more weeks. I still remember that catch that set up the winning touchdown....

We are getting it back...

I thought we played a good game against San Fran. It seemed everything clicked. We needed to get back into the groove. And we did it. We proved again we can play good football.

We will have a tough game against the Steelers. Just a gut feeling. We haven't played them in a long time. At least, it's a 4:15 EST start time.

Eli is having a great year...

Okay... Who in the NFL is playing better than Eli? We usually would say Brady or Peyton. But, both of them are dealing with injuries. I think only Brett Favre is close to Eli's play. Maybe we should add "te" to Eli name. Elite Manning...

A nice win

We looked good against Seattle. Everybody was playing good. Jacobs had a real good day rushing. The receivers all looked good. Eli was having another good day. I bet Plex was getting nervous as he watched the game. He thought we only could win when he is on the field.

We can't get too cocky. We play the Browns next Monday night. We need to look good considering everyone will be watching. The Browns will be playing hard. They have a lot to prove....

What a season...

The Giants are playing great football. I am still shocked we are 3-0. Manning is coming around. He is passing great. The running attack is awesome. We have a great offensive line.

I hope Plex learns a lesson.

Our first win of the season...

We looked good. I was surprized and please by our performance. Eli played a good game. He passed well. Plex had a great game too.

I was worried about our defense. I am not worried now. At least, Kiwanuka wasn't badly hurt and will be ready for the Rams. It looked like a cheap shot by Samuels.

Giants vs Redskins....

We need to start the season with a win. Eli needs to show the NFL and fans he can do it without Strahan and Osi. We did look good against the Pats. We needed the win against the Pats even though it was pre-season.

Time will tell. At least, we start the season on Thursday. GO GIANTS.....

Justin Tuck

Considering the current state of our defensive line, we need Tuck to step up. Without Osi, he will need to be the impact pass rusher. The big question is can he do it...

Giants Camp

I have always wanted to go to camp. I think this year it will be special considering we won the Super Bowl. The following links have some good information on camp:

There are 2 sessions a day. Morning and afternoon that are open to the public. I was told go to the morining session and the afternoon. It should be a good camp.

Burress is giving it his best...

I can't believe Burress showed up on time for camp. He surprized me the most. It must because of the Super Bowl. Buress knows we can do it again. We do have basically the same team. I am trying to remember who caught the winning TD. I think it was Plaxico....

Giant Shocked....

Trading Shockey to the Saints was a good move for the Giants. Jeremy has been complaining and causing problems for years. We know he is an intense person. It reflects in his game. I do remember his shouting match with the GM. I know I would get into trouble if I yelled at my boss.

Shockey is a good TE. He can catch and blocked. How many TEs can do both. He brings special abilities that can change a game on the fly. The Saints will do good with him. I wish he went to another division. I wish miss his tattoo too...

What is Coughlin telling his players...

We know defending the title will not be easy. Coughlin has told them it will be even harder to win a second Super Bowl. It will require more effort than last year to win it. The other teams will be gunning for us. We do need to improve on a few things besides some personnel problems. We do know Shockey and Burress are unhappy. What do we need to do to make them happy. Can we forget Burress's winning touchdown catch. Stockey can at times cause more problems than he is worth. Without Strahan, it will be tough. But, who ever thought we would win the Super Bowl last year........

We have Snee for another 6 years...

He was signed to a 6 year deal for about 43.5 million. Wow, it is a lot of money for offensive lineman. The Giants guarantee that the line will remain together for another 6 years. I believe it was a smart move. We won the Super Bowl with this line. Maybe, he got all that money for being a son-in-law to Coughlin. At least, Tom will be getting some good XMAS presents.

The Giants cut J-Load

Jared Lorenzen had many nicknames. He was knows as J-Load, Hefty Lefty, and the Pillsbury Throw Boy. He had almost as many nicknames as snaps. It's hard to believe he lasted 4 years with us as the 3rd QB.

Besides being a likable guy, he was a big boy. He was listed as 6' 4" and 285. It took a lot to bring him down. Last year, he had 4 passes for 28 yards.

Good Bye... Michael Strahan

Can we forget that gap-toothed smile. It is Michael Strahan's trademark in the NFL besides being a great DE. I am very surprized and sad that he is retiring. I thought we had him for another year. I must remind myself he is 36 and gave us 7 Pro Bowls. 15 years in the NFL. Some people don't last that long in a normal job. You guessed right. He gave his notice for retirement last week. Maybe he wants more than 8 million to play but I think he wants to retire in style.

He has a "Hall of Fame" resume.

• 141 1/2 career regular sacks. He did end up beating LT.
• 9 1/2 sacks his rookie year. Really
• 216 NFL games.
• 22 1/2 sacks in 2001. Sack record that year.
• 18 1/2 sacks in 2003. He was the only Giants player to twice lead the league in sacks.
• 7 Pro Bowls
• He sacked 64 QBs.
• Philly's McNabb was scaked 12 1/2 times by him.
• New York Giants all-time total sack leader.

He is retiring at the top of his game. Going out in style........

Tyree's life before and after the catch....

He will be famous for the catch in Super Bowl XLII. Before the catch, we knew he had some special skills. He proved we can count on him. I always thought he was good. He had a good game on Super Bowl Sunday. He will be known for making a great catch.

By the way, he is known as one of the most charitable players in the NFL. He is involved in alot of charities.

Super Bowl RIngs...

At a private ceremony at Tiffany & Co., the precious rings were given out. It's said the rings are valued at 25K. I saw a picture of them. The rings are very nice. Strahan was showing off his ring. Maybe this means he will be at training camp.

Shockey is still special...

Mike Pope stills likes Jeremy. He knows his is a special TE. Pope has high hopes for him. We expects him to be at mini camp.

I believe Shockey is unhappy. I think he feels bad about him not being there for the team in the super bowl. Eli is happy he is still around. We know Stockey can catch. We have some great TEs....

Giants sign 7 picks

We signed 7 players who attended rookie minicamp on a tryout basis.

We got:

• Soi and Robinson (defensive tackles-Good picks)
• Morrow (defensive end-Not bad)
• Scott and Stringer (defensive backs)
• Leeson (long snapper-We need one badly).
• Hobbs (offensive lineman-He's big and good).

Number 21

Wow, Phillips better produce after requesting Tiki's old number. Kenny wants the number because of Sean Taylor. Taylor was shot during a robbery. Phillips wanted to pay tribute to the former Redskins safety. I was very suprized we let Tiki's number go the fast. We must remember is our all-time leading rusher.

Phillips is looking good at camp. We hope it can still produce........

After the draft...

What are we going to do with Shockey and Strahan? After winning last year, I am thinking Strahan will stick around for another year. He is very quiet. He will be back. We still need him for another year. I think Stockey will be traded. Yes, it will happen before the season will start. Boss had a great year. With our draft pick at WR, we can let him go and pick up some good picks for next year. Maybe, a quality player too.

NFL Draft

We got some quality players in the NFL draft. Our scounts did a great job.

It was a no-brainer in getting Phillips from Miami. We need a safety that can play right away.

I like QB Andre Woodson. Big kid with a good arm. He threw 71 TDs last year. We could not pass him up. I am thinking Lorenzen will get cut.

Another pick is the WR Mario Manningham. I think we got him because of his 2 failed drug tests. He will make some big plays for us.

Kehl and Goff are okay. The should do alright on special teams.

Henderson is a risk. He will need some work.

Now, Stockey.. Trade or keep. We have to remember he is one of the best TEs in the NFL. Boss is good but no Stockey. It's a risk keeping him. He seems to get hurt. If we get a good deal, trade him. It has to be a real good deal......

What's up for Shockey

The comment Jerry Reese made saying "everybody is tradeable no matter what". I think he was referring to Shockey. I believe as of now he is the starting TE. Did we win the Super Bowl without him. Maybe Reese has a valid point...

The NFL draft...

The draft is getting close. I am wondering who the Giants will select. Considering we won the Super Bowl. We pick last. We always do a good job in getting someone half way decent. Time will tell.

We have Seubert for 3 more years...

Rich signed for 3 more years. He's always been a good left guard. The Giants have always been good to him too. We were lucky his career hasn't over in 2003 when his right leg was broken in 3 places. He helped us to rush 134.3 yards per game. did we win the Super Bowl last year?

Tom Coughin

Coughlin's new contract is worth $21million and its for 4 years. I guess after winning the Super Bowl he is worth it. I believe he is one of the top paid coaches in the league. Can we win another Super Bowl with him.

Pro Bowl

I still wonder why Osi was the only Giant selected to the Pro Bowl. Maybe next year it will be a different story. I must say Osi's girlfriend is smoking hot. She is a SI swimsuit. I beleive its Selita Ebanks. You should do a google search on her. No wonder why Osi plays so hard....

David Tyree

Before the Super Bowl, many fans didn't know his name. He had 9 tackles on special teams, but only 4 catches. He had some great catches during the Super Bowl. The question is can he do it again next season. His miraculous 32 year reception was the key to our victory. He set up the Plaxico catch for the winning TD. Don't forget this fifth year vet did make it to the pro bowl (2 years ago) as a cover man on special teams. I forget what David last name is.....

We won...

What a game? Down to the wire as usual...

I could see it in Brady's eyes. He knew he was in for a tough game. We chased him dowm. 5 sacks. He was under pressure the whole game. I bet he was sore on Monday. We did this without doing a lot of blitzing. Amazing.

If Eli could play every game like the Super Bowl, we will continue to win. Eli's new nickname should be "mistake free". He deserved the MVP. I still can't believe he led us to 4th quarter TDs including the game-winning one. 83 yards.

Lawrence Tynes came though. What a relieve...

I still have dreams about that catch bouncing off "whats his name" helmet.

Hats off to the defense. Tuck, Stahan and Osi kicked but.

Got my hat and looks good with my jacket.

I got my new hat. I will be wearing it with a jacket I got at xmas from my son. It's a light weight jacket.

Week 3...remember Gadson. He was Sullivan's friend. The players realized that it is only a game after talking to Gadson. I hope he's at the Super Bowl. Burress became firends with him. I heard and read that they sent text messages to eachother throughout the season.

Burress predicts the score of the Super Bowl....

23-17. If Ali can predict his fights, Plaxico should be able to do the same for football games. Tom thought the score should have been higher for them. Imagine picking the Giants in the beginning part of the season. 20 to 1. It must have been high.

Strahan will pressure Brady...

Tom will need a good night's rest. Strahan will go out in style. He will have a great game and retire. Remember, I said it here...

Rambo picks Giants to win...

I know John Rambo wants the Giants to win. The Giants are a tough team and don't give up. Just like Rambo met the enemy head-on, we will too on Sunday.

When Rambo was on the river in his new movie, he grunts "Go home". PATS, take the hit and forfeit the game.

Great Game against Green Bay

We did it. It was a real crazy game. It didn't look good for us for awhile (Missing field goals, fumbles and penalties). Never give up........

It took us 3 field goals, but Tynes finally put us in the Super Bowl. Webster interception in OT was the key. It put us on the 34 and you know the rest.

Good things that happened:
1. Eli played mistake-free. 21 to 40 passes.
2. We controlled the second half for ball posession. I think abou 40 mins.
3. Burress had 11 catches. Imagine what he will do aboove 0 degrees.
4. We contained Grant.

Things to improve:
1. Missed too many opportunities. We, all, know that...
2. Sam's unnecessary roughness penalty in the 3rd quarter setup the the TD for GB.

We are on the road again. We just love the road.

How to beat Green Bay

We did it. Great game aginst the Cowboys. Good thing Jessica wasn't there for Romo.

To beat the Pack:
1. Put pressure on Favre. Our secondary is banged up. We must sack him.
2. Eli must play good. He decided need a great gane but a mistake-free game.
3. Running game must be on. We need to eat up the clock. Jacobs needs a good game.
4. Stop Ryan Grant. He can't have a big game.
5. Stop Aaron Kampman. The offenseive line needs to protect Eli.

Revenge is sweet. The Pack is 4-1 in post season against us. We won't forget the 35-13 lost in week 2.

Keep your fingers crossed and say your prayers before the game.

GB is a good team. They will be tough. At least, the Giants have played in snow. Dallas will have a problem with GB....

Manning will find a way to win. I think TO will play a good game. We will need to be at our best to contain him. He plays good with injuires. Eli knows he needs to win tomorrow. Hopefully, the pressure won't do him in. Romo better get a good night of sleep. We will be chasing him tomorrow. Jessica will have a long and boring night on Sunday after we get through with him. I heard O'Hara took some snaps. O'Hara adds a lot to the line.

Today's Game

After playing the Pats, I had a good feeling about today's game. I knew we would give the Bucs a good game. I read in the paper about Barber's comments. I was happy he said them. I knew it would help to get everyone up for the game. I must admit I was worried about injuiries. Who would ever think Bradshaw would gained 66 rushing yards on 17 carries. Jacobs has been playing great too. He had 2 TDs. We can't complain about him. Additionally, Tomar was his old self. He looked good. Next week, Cowboys are going down...........
